General terms and conditions

You have 14 days after receiving your order to cancel without reason. You also have 14 days after cancellation to return yourproduct. You will then be credited the full amount of your order including shipping.  Only the cost  from the return address to the webshop will be issued.  Should you choose to withdraw, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us via email at: marketing@jetstone.nl if you wish make a cancellation claim. You must provide notification of your return claim within 14 days, so we can specify the amount owed to you.  This will be issued provided the product is returned to Jetstone in good condition.
